Gifts

You have strengths.
You have weaknesses.

That’s not a flaw…
That’s intentional.

God didn’t create you to be all-sufficient.
He created you to be specific.

There are things you’re naturally good at…
That others struggle with.

That’s a gift you’ve been given.
(1 Peter 4:10)

And when your gifts blend with others…
It’s like ingredients in a cake.
It’s better together.

That’s the body of Christ.
(1 Cor. 12:12)

Some people think…
If you’re on stage, you’re extra special.
That’s not true.

It doesn’t matter if someone’s visible.
You’re equally valuable.

Take away someone’s toes…
The whole body feels it.

It’s not about a fancy role.
It’s about the reason.

And the reason is always…
It’s about Jesus.

Some preach.
Some teach.
Some serve.

Some support.
Some encourage.
Some fund.

We’re all pieces.
We’re all in different places.

But together…
We form a perfect picture.
That’s God’s Kingdom.

So, let’s do our best…
To use our gifts.

It gives God what He deserves…
More praise.
