Your thoughts

You need to know that the devil will try to attack you through your thoughts.

Oh yes, he’ll attack your thoughts because that’s his best path to defeat you.

Because when his seeds of negativity take root…
You defeat yourself.

You shift from praising…
To complaining.

You shift from shining…
To sulking.

You’re not living, and looking like Jesus.
You’re not a threat to the devil.
That’s his goal.

But you’re not a victim.
You’re a victor.
(1 Cor. 15:57)

You have a sword…
“For the word of God is alive and powerful. It is sharper than the sharpest two-edged sword…”
(Hebrews 4:12, NLT)

You have a shield…
“… He is a shield to those who put their trust in Him.”
(Proverbs 30:5, NKJV)

You’re unbreakable.
You’re unbeatable.

That’s who you are in Christ.
Thank Jesus.

So, when the devil tries to slide lies into your mind…
You tell him to get away…
Just like Jesus did.
(Matthew 4:10)

You flush those lies with truth.

You say, God…

You’ve put special abilities, and purpose in me.
Thank you.

You’re my source of strength, and help.
You’re my wisdom.
Thank you.

You’re my provider, and protector.
You’re faithful.
Thank you.

And the next time the devil is up to his tactics…
You flush those lies with truth again.
You stay positive.

You keep living, and looking like Jesus.
You keep praising.
You keep shining.
