Increase your thankfulness, and you’ll increase your happiness

It’s so easy to take what we have for granted.

Be it anything from relationships to health to food in the fridge.

But, taking things for granted, strips us of thankfulness, which leads to happiness.

Be diligent in recognizing all the blessings in your life.

You’ll see your happiness increase.

The Bible is our guide to our best life, and the Bible tells use repeatedly to be thankful.

“And give thanks for everything to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.” -Ephesians 5:20, NLT

“Devote yourselves to prayer with an alert mind and a thankful heart.” -Colossians 4:2, NLT

“Enter his gates with thanksgiving; go into his courts with praise. Give thanks to him and praise his name.” -Psalm 100:4, NLT

Consistently think about what you’re thankful for, and you’ll consistently increase your happiness.

The happiest people have never been the wealthiest people.
The happiest people have always been the most thankful people.

There is so much for you to be thankful for.

Let your mind think about those things, every day.

Take a moment now to think about a few things you’d miss if they were gone.

You are blessed.

The more you realize it.
The more you will enjoy life.
