When Daniel was put in the lion’s den, the expectation was that he would be torn apart.
But, you can forget what “should” happen when God is involved.
Daniel trusted God.
Daniel was devoted to God.
And God shut the mouths of the lions. (Daniel 6:22)
Daniel was safe.
It’s a powerful story that shows us, the safest thing we can do is put our trust in God.
He is our safety. (Proverbs 18:10)
So, when you’re in an uncertain situation, stand on your faith, cling to your Protector.
He’s worthy of your dependence.
He’s worthy of your trust.
God will be there for you.
God is good.
