There’s a lot that can be uncertain in life.
A lot that can cause worry.
What’s going to happen next?
How will this work out?
Will I have enough?
Those thoughts can creep in.
But you can flush them.
Because while there’s uncertainty in life…
There’s full certainty in Christ.
He’s promised to provide.
(Philippians 4:19)
That’s unbreakable truth.
That’s comfort.
You have protection.
(Psalm 91:4)
He’ll never fail you.
He’ll never be anything but truth.
Because He is truth.
Winds may blow.
Storms may look scary.
That’s life.
We all experience such things.
But we have an anchor that makes us unmovable.
We have Jesus in us.
So, when life tries to plant seeds of worry…
When there’s fearful feelings…
Let’s refresh our minds.
Let’s remind ourselves about what God says.
Let’s rest in that truth.
We’re not fighting for victory…
We’re living from it.
(Romans 8:37)
We’re not surviving on our own…
God’s eyes are on us.
(Psalm 33:18)
We’re not just somebody…
We’re royalty.
(1 Peter 2:9)
That’s who we are in Christ.
That’s confidence.
So, when there’s worry…
Remind yourself of His promises.
Remind yourself of how He’s been there for you before.
Remind yourself of who you are.
You’re a child of God.
You will be taken care of.
You are secure.
