Eternity

The Bible tells us that no eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mind has imagined what God has prepared for those who love Him.
(1 Corinthians 2:9)

Think about that for a moment.
Whatever perfection we can picture is still infinitely less than what’s truly in store.

Scripture tells us…
There’ll be no tears and no pain.
(Revelation 21:4)

Scripture tells us…
There’ll be many mansions.
(John 14:2)

We’re given clues.
But they’re just a taste.

They’re crumbs.
The feast is to come.

That shouldn’t just excite you…
That should tell you that God’s love for you is greater than you can imagine.

We may think He’s great.
But He’s greater.

You’re going to spend eternity…
In a place beyond paradise.

An existence forever in His presence.

That’s a gift.
That’s what we can expect…
As Christians.

So, as we’ve just celebrated Christmas…
Let’s not forget to consistently give Him praise…
For making a way through Christ.

That through the Cross…
A place of unimaginable perfection…
Is a place we’ll call…
Home.
