Elevate your eyes

Worry and worship cannot coexist.
Whichever is fed, whichever gets your attention…
Your thoughts will follow.

That doesn’t mean you ignore your concerns…
It simply means you elevate your eyes from those concerns to your Creator.

We’ll always be better off when our focus on God is greater than our worries.

But that’s not always easy…
Things can be scary.

Life is full of uncertainty.
The future, unknown.

But what is known is that you have a known God who doesn’t just know the future…
He knows you.

He doesn’t just know you…
He helps you.
(Is. 41:10)

You don’t have to have all the answers because you know who has all the answers.
That’s beautiful.

That’s an incomparable advantage.
That’s your advantage.

So, when worry tries to strike…
Elevate your eyes.

Remind yourself that while you don’t know what the outcome of something will be…
You know who does.

Even if the next step isn’t what you expect…
It’s going to be used for your benefit.
(Romans 8:28)

You can trust that.
