Speak truth

You need to know…
There’s power in the words you speak.
It’s instilled in us from God.
It’s His reflection.

He spoke everything into existence.
Genesis repeatedly tells us…
“Then God said…”
“Then God said…”
“Then God said…”

And when He said it, it was.

So, being created in His image (Genesis 1:27)…
It only makes sense there’s power in the words we speak…
It certainly is so. (Proverbs 18:21)

It’s a principle that’s not often thought about.
But, we need to grab hold of it.

We need to declare God’s goodness, His favor, His protection, His provision in our lives.
We need to declare His promises.
We need to speak blessings.
We need to speak life.

When we do this, we’re not just speaking words…
We’re releasing power.

So, be your biggest advocate.
Speak God’s promises out loud to yourself.
Say it, and mean it.
It’s truth.

I am loved. (Romans 5:8)
I am a child of God. (John 1:12)
I am never alone. (Deuteronomy 31:6)
I am protected. (Psalm 91:4)
I am provided for. (Philippians 4:19)
I am healed. (1 Peter 2:24)
I am forgiven. (Ephesians 1:7)
I am chosen. (1 Peter 2:9)
I am special. (Psalm 139:13-14)
I am blessed. (Jeremiah 17:7)
I am favored. (Psalm 5:12)
I am victorious. (1 Corinthians 15:57)
I am strong. (Philippians 4:13)
I am joyful. (Nehemiah 8:10)

That’s just a sample.
There’s plenty more truth about you in the Bible.
You need to read it to know it to speak it.
So, get in the Word.

You’ll have more truth to speak.
You’ll feel a difference.
You’ll see.
