Flaws

The world wants us to hide our flaws…
To pretend they don’t exist…
To be ashamed of them.

But God’s Word teaches us something different.
It tells us to bring our flaws to Him.

To let His strength shine through our weaknesses.
(2 Corinthians 12:9)

Our flaws don’t disqualify us…
They’re what make us, us.

They’re part of our story.
They’re human.

If God only used the flawless…
He’d use no one.

Look at Moses…
He was insecure.

Look at Peter…
He was impulsive.

The Bible is full of stories of flaw-filled people being used by a flawless God.

What qualified them wasn’t their perfection…
It was their willingness.

It was a heart…
That sought God.

It was a heart…
That served Him.

The same is true for you.
Are you willing?

Are you open to be used by Him?
Will you serve Him?

Will you do it even in times when it’s inconvenient?
In times when it risks embarrassment?

It might not always make sense.
It might be scary.

You might feel intimidated.
You might fear it.

But if there is a tug at your heart.
That’s your compass.

That’s God’s guidance.
That’s your path.

That’s where God-given purpose exists.
That’s where God wants you.

But what about…
God knows.

But what about…
God knows.

Your logic is illogical when the Creator of the Universe is steering your life.

We’re here for a few breaths.
We’re a mist.

Let’s live in full surrender to Him.
Let’s experience everything He wants for us.
Let’s listen to Him.

That’s not just a fulfilling life.
That’s a life that makes an eternal impact.
That’s your life.
