You’re a child of God

You don’t have to try to be a child of God.
You simply are.

If you’ve accepted Jesus…
You’re His.

It’s not something that can be lost.
It’s not something you earn.

It’s who you are.

But the world wants you to forget that.
It wants you distracted.

It wants you finding worth…
In what you have.

It wants you chasing status…
In titles and trophies.

But today, I want to remind you…
You’re a child of God.

If you feel overlooked…
You’re a child of God.

If you’ve made a mistake…
You’re a child of God.

If you’re worried about something…
You’re a child of God.

Nothing can change that.
(Romans 8:38-39)

The devil knows this.
He hates it.

He wants you to doubt it.

He’ll whisper…
“Look at what you’ve done.”
“Look at your failures.”

He’ll whisper…
“You’re on your own.”
“You’re alone.”

But you remind him…
I’m a child of God.

You remind him…
God is my helper.

You remind him…
I’m forgiven.

You remind him…
Your home is next to the throne.
(Phil. 3:20)

Walk in the confidence you have.
You’re a child of God.

You don’t have to fear the future.
Your Father holds it.

You don’t have to carry burdens.
Your Father wants it.
(1 Peter 5:7)

You’re not hoping things work out.
Your Father is working it out.
(Romans 8:28)

Come on now!

The devil wants us to have a poverty mentality.
I’m not talking about dollars.

I’m talking about a spirit of defeat.
Your Father is undefeated.

Remember who you are through Him.
You’re a child of God.
