What does that mean for us?
There’s undeniable power in what we say.
But that power can go both ways.
The Bible tells us…
Both life and death are in the tongue.
(Proverbs 18:21)
Are you speaking strength to yourself?
Are you speaking God’s Word?
I’m not talking about just thinking it.
I’m talking speaking it.
There’s something special about words that are brought to life when they come out of your mouth.
It’s power in you…
That’s released.
That’s why it’s so important we not only watch what we say, but watch what we listen to.
We need to make sure that we fill ourselves up with words that benefit us, not deject us.
I can tell you that I don’t just read what I write.
I read it out loud before I send it.
I feel energized from it.
My hope is that you feel the same from it.
Try it for yourself.
Speak it.
I think you’ll feel it.
It’s power that will fill the room around you.
It’s power that will propel you.
God put power in you.
Let your words ignite it.
