Fear.
It’s a voice that tries to be loud.
It’s loved by the devil.
It’s not a feeling to play with.
It’s not from God.
“For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.”
-2 Timothy 1:7, NKJV
You don’t accept it.
You reject it.
You don’t manage it.
You denounce it.
You say…
Fear, you have no place with me.
You don’t influence me.
You say…
Fear, God has a way for me.
He guides me.
Remind yourself about what God says…
Not what fear says.
God is with you.
He’ll strengthen you.
He’ll help you.
That’s the truth of…
Isaiah 41:10.
Be strong.
Be brave.
Refuse discouragement.
Refuse fear.
That’s the truth of…
Joshua 1:9.
God won’t abandon you.
He won’t leave you.
That’s the truth of…
Deuteronomy 31:6.
So when fear creeps in about…
What the doctor says…
What the bills say…
Whatever it might be…
Don’t carry it.
Hand it.
“… casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.”
-1 Peter 5:7, NKJV
That’s a light that shines on fear’s lies.
That’s power.
So today…
Stand firm in your faith.
If you’re worried about something…
Declare truth.
Know that God is working things out for your benefit.
(Romans 8:28)
You can trust Him.
He’s dependable.
