Bring it all

Think about your closest relationships.
You don’t just talk to them when things are tough.

You share the magnificent.
You share the mundane.

You share the irritating.
You share the inspiring.

That’s what builds connection.
That’s what builds closeness.

That’s the type of relationship God wants with you.
One that’s open and honest.
One that’s pure.

One without reservations.
One without guard.

One that involves Him in everything…
Not just what’s troubling.

He doesn’t want to just be your emergency contact.
He wants to be your constant companion.

The Creator of everything…
Cares about your everything.

The One who numbers the stars…
Numbers the hairs on your head.
(Luke 12:7)

That’s how detailed His love is.
That’s how personal His interest is.

So, bring it all.

Your frustrations.
Your fears.

Your struggles.
Your joys.

Bring it all.

Not because He doesn’t already know.
He knows.

But because sharing it…
Builds relationship.

And relationship…
It’s what He wants with you.
It’s beneficial for you.

He wants you to acknowledge Him.
Because when you acknowledge Him in everything…
He directs everything.
(Proverbs 3:6)

You don’t need the right words.
You don’t need the right mood.

Just bring what you have.
Bring how you feel.

It’s all welcome.
It’s all wanted.

Don’t compartmentalize Him.
Let Him into every room of your life.
Let Him into every detail.

That’s a life of continuous communion.
That’s a life of deep connection.

That’s a life that shifts perspective.
That’s a life that increases peace.

That’s a life…
God designed for you.

So…
What’s on your mind?
Share it with Him.
